MP3 and Zip File Downloads

• It’s been more than 10 minutes and I still didn’t get my username and password to download my music. Now what do I do? First check your spam folder for the email address you used with PayPal. If it’s not there, your email host might have blocked the automatic email (this tends to happen with AOL). If you think that’s the case, just email me and I’ll send you your download link as soon as possible.

• How do I save the files to my computer? After you login to your download page, you’ll see a list of download links for everything you purchased. Right click the download link and choose “Save Target As” or “Save Link As”. Then choose where you want to save the file on your computer and click Save. The download will start and you’ll soon have the MP3 file saved to your computer.

• Mac Users – When I click the link for the Full CD, I get some crazy code. What’s up with that? Safari tries to open the zip file instead of downloading it. Try holding the “option” key and clicking the download link at the same time. That should start downloading the zip file. NOTE: Google’s Chrome Browser does the same thing on PC’s. You can right click and select “Save Link As” to start the download.

• My download expired and I didn’t get my music (or my computer crashed and I lost all my music). Will you help? Yes. You should have the music you paid for. Email me from the same email that you have with PayPal and let me know what happened so I can fix you up.

• Do I have to have a PayPal Account to Buy Music? No. Although all purchases go through PayPal’s secure server, you don’t have to have a PayPal account to buy music. Just use the form on the left side of the screen to pay with a credit card or debit/bank card.

• What are the Copyright and Terms of Use when I download your music? All music is copyrighted to me, Bruce Bowser. When you buy or download my music, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution. This means that you cannot redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer or use the music. It also means that you are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for my music.
